Edens Vale Holiday Lodge
Luxury Self Catering
We are a small family run Business situated in the heart of the Eden Valley, surrounded by countryside. Crafted from larch, our lodge is not only completely bespoke; but it is also entirely luxurious with a two person outdoor tub on the veranda looking out upon the view as well as a sauna perfectly sized for two people to relax in.
the Lodge has a large handmade king-size bed along with Freeview tv, fully fitted kitchen, towels/bathrobes, bathroom with a large walk in shower, sofa, wood burner, breakfast bar as well as a dining area outside on the veranda. Make the most of the sauna and then jump in the wood fired hot tub or if you are feeling brave use it as a cold plunge pool after your sauna.
Our lodge is self catering, however tea and coffee, sugar, cooking oil, hot chocolate and even a bottle of wine is supplied. Please contact us directly for special requests.
Time spent in the sauna comes with many health benefits including increased circulation, relieves aches and pains and is great for respiratory conditions such as asthma. its also great for skin releasing all toxins giving you a healthy glow, just like a spa experience!
Have a holistic soak in our outdoor bath while you look out and enjoy the view of the historical Settle to Carlisle viaduct built between 1869 and 1876, spotting the occasional steam train! The bath is heated by a wood fire and because it requires no chemicals it is much kinder on your body, hair and environment, it can also be a cold plunge pool for those that are brave enough to take a cold dip after being in the sauna!
our kitchen is a small well equipped area for self -catering. Our appliances include an oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, toaster, fridge as well as cutlery, glassware, mugs and plates; so all you need to bring is your food and yourself!
Bags of logs for the inside fire and the outdoor bath are provided, however extra bags come at a charge of £12.50. All our logs are sustainably sourced.
Our lodge is the perfect romantic escape for two, why not make it even more special with a luxury experience with a bottle of champagne and flowers (for more information about this extra please ask) .

My friend and I had a wonderful stay here! The cabin was recently built, so everything was brand new, and they spared no expense! The outdoor woodfire bath was a highlight! The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked some yummy dinner and breakfast. There's no WiFi and the cell signal is very weak so this is a great holiday if you're looking to digital detox and switch off for a bit. Would def come back and recommend to others!
